Why shouldn’t we just use the in-house AV provider?You absolutely can, and in some cases, it may make sense. However, the biggest challenge with in-house AV is inconsistency—every venue has different staff, pricing structures, and service levels. We provide a consistent level of service across all your events, ensuring a seamless experience no matter the location. Additionally, because we aren’t locked into commission agreements with venues, we offer lower rates and better service without venue markups. That means you get a dedicated team that knows your needs, ensures quality, and saves you money.

I'm not sure if my venue allows an outside AV provider. Can you help?Absolutely! Many of our team members have worked for in-house AV companies and are very familiar with venue contracts. We’re happy to review your contract at no charge and help you understand your options. In many cases, we can offer solutions to ensure you get the best audiovisual experience. Additionally, we assist many of our clients during the venue selection process, helping them negotiate to remove restrictive AV clauses before signing. Let’s take a look and see what’s possible!

What is your process for managing events?Every event we support comes with a dedicated Project Manager who works closely with your team to stay in sync at every stage. From planning to execution, we ensure everything runs smoothly. Our on-site team is extremely hands-on, making sure every breakout session starts on time, every cue is executed flawlessly, and every attendee has a great experience. We don’t just provide equipment—we actively manage the AV to ensure a seamless, stress-free event.

We also partner with event management companies to provide turnkey AV solutions for their clients, delivering high-quality production without the hassle.
