Corporate Events, Conferences, Production and Audiovisual in Houston | East West AV

Houston's event-venue choices range from restaurant gathering spaces to reception halls and cultural settings. For a corporate offsite or year-end celebration, the production requirements should follow the program rather than the room's appearance alone. Consider how a presentation, panel discussion or recognition segment will work while guests are seated or circulating. Sharing the venue plan and run of show early makes it easier to identify the audio, displays and lighting needed for each part of the event.
